I am a design leader with 10 years experience at the helm of product and technology teams from startups to enterprise. From concept to code, I have hands-on experience building product design teams, collaborating cross-functionally and with executives, conducting user research, managing qualitative testing programs, driving insights-driven product strategy and decision making, and scaling distributed teams in an agile environment.

TransUnion Annual design summit
I had the privelege to organize and host TransUnion’s first design summit which successfully aligned fragmented design groups across the organization around a shared vision. The event elevated design, promoted cross-training, and resulted in larger design budgets. Now an annual event by popular demand.

I am most passionate about growing people and the collaborative environments that allow creativity to flourish. Pixels are second to the relationships that define work for me. There is nothing more inspiring and fulfilling than building a team that gels, finds its flow, and celebrates one another's successes in bringing delightful experiences to peoples' lives. I consider this a privilege and cherish all that I learn from my team every day.
